The summer month of August is traditionally quiet and Praxis Framework is no exception. We have been quietly getting on with existing projects that will start to deliver results this Autumn.

The Italian translation of the Praxis Encyclopaedia is now available on the E-Quality Italia web site. Most of it is now also available on the Praxis Framework site and this work will be concluded during September.

Work to specify a free, on-line capability maturity assessment tool also continued. The feedback from a select group of reviewers was incorporated into version 0.2 of the specification, which is now available for general review.

Depending on how this is received, we will make a decision whether to proceed with the project in the next couple of months.

Another milestone was the completion of the first ‘copy edit’ of our planned hard-copy version of the Praxis Framework. It’s a lengthy process but we hope to have the books on sale before the end of the year.
More contributors have sent us interesting articles that we will classify and upload onto the site soon. One of the areas we are particularly interested in developing is the Agile aspect. All contributions gratefully received.
