Process competencies

Process is one of three groups of competencies (the other two being delivery and interpersonal).

Process competencies align with the processes in the method section of Praxis. The titles reflect the fact that competency is about implementing the processes rather than simply describing what the processes are. Hence the competency ‘identify a project or programme’ is the enactment of the ‘identification process’.
