The portfolio manager will have accountability for the performance criteria. A performance criterion for the portfolio manager that covers the definition of supporting roles and consequent delegation could be added. This competency could be adapted for use in a programme management role - perhaps a member of a PMO responsible for assisting the programme manager with the mechanics of co-ordinating multiple projects. |
