- inspire team members to successfully achieve the objectives.
Performance criteria You must be able to: |
| Leadership comes in many forms and is affected by many factors. This competency will need to be adapted for different circumstances. For example, leading a small team with ample opportunity for face-to-face contact requires a different approach to providing ‘visionary’ leadership to a broad stakeholder community. Adaptations will also need to take into account the positional power of the individual and their role in the P3 organisation. |
