- inspire team members to successfully achieve the objectives.

Leadership comes in many forms and is affected by many factors. This competency will need to be adapted for different circumstances.
For example, leading a small team with ample opportunity for face-to-face contact requires a different approach to providing ‘visionary’ leadership to a broad stakeholder community.
Adaptations will also need to take into account the positional power of the individual and their role in the P3 organisation.
