The purpose of this competency is to achieve the goals of teamwork in the P3 context, i.e. to:
- create a team from a collection of individuals;
- develop and maintain the performance of the team.
Performance criteria You must be able to: |
| The P3 environment has teams at various levels. Different roles are often team members at one level and team leaders at another level. For example, a project manager leads a project team but may be a member of a programme management team. Most teams now have some element of virtual working but K6 can always be removed if necessary. Additional knowledge criteria may be required for situations such as international teams. |
