EspaƱol - Italiano

Requirements management should:

  • ensure that all relevant stakeholders have the opportunity to express their wants and needs;
  • reconcile multiple stakeholder requirements to create a single viable set of objectives;
  • achieve stakeholder consensus on a baseline set of requirements.

At level 2 requirements management this may be more focused on responding to the involvement of stakeholders who actively involve themselves in the procedure.

As a result some less proactive stakeholders may be missed resulting in some complexity being missed in the early stages.

Key stakeholders are consulted about requirements.

The viability of all requirements is assessed.

Where necessary, clarification is sought and feedback provided to stakeholders.
